After years working inside organizations of all sizes — from scrappy startups to established mid-market companies — I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, driven business owners who had built something real, but were drowning in the people problems that come with growth. Unclear roles. Difficult conversations nobody wanted to have. Compensation that felt like guesswork. A culture that had drifted from what they'd originally envisioned.
I started HR Perspectives & Recruiting because I believed there was a better way to serve business owners — not as a vendor, but as a true partner. Someone who would sit across the table, ask the hard questions, and help build the structure that lets a business grow without chaos.
